Order Processing
Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours. Orders placed Friday-Sunday and holidays will ship out the following business day. Due to a possible credit card verification, your order may be subject to a delayed shipping date.
International Orders
Please note, all international packages (Outside of Canada) may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Missing/Lost/Stolen Packages
We ask that you keep a close eye on your tracking information provided for any updates issued. We kindly ask that you be available in person to accept your package at the time of your scheduled delivery date. If you are not available to accept your package at the time of your scheduled delivery date, please contact the courier to arrange for a time that works best for you.
